One Day Workshop in

Food Journaling

Learn mindful writing of the tastes you remember.

Journal. Remember. Sit with it.

Food often holds what we cannot say out loud: comfort, absence, care, inheritance, longing.
This one-day workshop offers a gentle, meditative space to explore those memories through writing. This is an invitation to write about food; not as recipe or instruction, but as memory, emotion, and experience.

Facilitator

The workshop will be led by Anupam Aysha, Editor and Co-founder of The Marinade Journal.

A lawyer by profession, she has long engaged with journaling, and writing has always been part of her life. She maintains a personal blog on Medium where she writes memoirs and poetry.

Who is it for?

This workshop is best suited for participants who are comfortable with reflective writing and unhurried observation.
